About Natalia
Natalia graduated with honors from Moscow State University as a social psychologist. She tutored at the School of Young Psychologists and worked as an assistant at London Gates Education Group. Natalia created a psychological onboarding course at the Yandex School of Data Analysis (SHAD) to enhance students' learning skills.
She spent nine years at Yandex, launching educational courses and building university partnerships. Currently, she is the Head of Academic Partnerships at an AI startup.
Natalia has presented at top conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, WSDM, and RecSys. She has published works on AI in psychology, education, and social psychology.
